Born and raised in south Philadelphia, Staci was originally a musician, playing in numerous bands throughout the 80's and first half of the 90's.

In 1997 while helping Winona Martin at the National tattoo convention in Philadelphia. Staci was offered a spot at 24th street tattoos in Wildwood, N.J. 24th street was and is an old school boardwalk shop at the Jersey shore. Much like the shops on Coney Island in the 50's, there were up to 8 artists working at all times. the artists worked from 10 in the morning to 1 in the morning 7 days a week, sometimes having to push people out in order for the artists to leave at night. It was nothing short of tattoo boot camp.

It was at 24th street that Staci had the honor and pleasure to work side by side with and learn from Ms. Deborah, of Ms. Deborah's Fountain of Youth Tattoo studio. Staci considers that to be the luckiest break anyone could get.

"Not only did I get to learn better tattooing, and the traditions and ethics of good tattooing from one of the best in the business, but i also got to work with one of the best people i've ever met. I feel incredibly fortunate to call Deborah my friend."

During the off seasons Staci has worked in shops in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland ,and Rhode Island as either a full time artist or as a guest artist, always returning to Wildwood each summer. When Staci left 24th street he had worked there for 6 years.

In 2003 after an invitation from Philly John to work during spring break in florida, Staci was offered a full time slot at ADDICTED TO INK TATTOOS, in Deland, fl. Staci having grown tired of shovelling snow, Packed up his machines and moved from Philly to florida.

Staci has won numerous awards, and has been seen in many tattoo magazines. He works at quite a few conventions each year and has been featured in multiple televison programs.

Staci feels that it is better to be versatile and able to do all styles of tattooing in order to better serve the customer. Staci is well versed in all styles of tattooing and can provide you with a clean and solid tattoo in whatever style you choose.Working in black and gray doing pin-ups, portraits, anything evil, and realism being his favorites. Tribal and standard lettering being his least favorite.

He has been a professional member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists since 1999, and follows all universal precautions to provide his customers with nothing but the safest and cleanest tattoo experience possible. He firmly believes that as important as getting a tattoo may be, nothing is as important as doing everything possible to keep the customers and himself safe and healthy. He is also a member of the Florida Professional Tattoo Artist Guild.

In Oct. 2005, Staci left Addicted to Ink and joined the staff at Ms. Deborah's fountain of Youth Tattoo Studio.

In Feb 2007 Staci left Ms Deborah's and opened his own studio CITY LIGHTS TATTOOS in Eustis Fla. Both Staci and the studio were featured in tattoo magazines around the world and on t.v. shows for TLC, DISCOVERY, and THE HISTORY CHANNEL.

Staci closed City Lights in June 2010 and toured the U.S.A. working tattoos conventions and as a guest artist at studios all over the country, before moving back to the Phila. New Jersey area to be closer to family.
